Spritz Communications started in 1995 in St. Joseph, Missouri as Cook's Computer Programming — a family business helping our neighbors with their computers when computers were still strange new things in most homes.
Years later we became CCP Online, then renamed to Spritz Communications — after our family dog, Spritz. Today the business is run by Jason Cook, a hobbyist programmer turned full-time MSP, from the same town we started in.
Three decades on, the goal hasn't changed: do the work well, explain it in plain English, and treat people right. No call centers. No upsell scripts. No hidden fees. When you call, you get Jason — not a ticket number.
